About
I’m Adriana.
I’m a trained counsellor and advocate based in Toronto. I’ve worked alongside survivors of trauma, abuse, and addiction for over a decade, and I provide in-home support for seniors and their families.
My approach is honest and patient. I listen first, work with what’s in front of us, and stay practical. People come to me through word of mouth, and they tend to come back because the work helps.
Outside the counselling room, I run community drives, holiday packs, and food collections with a trusty crew of angels (volunteers, family, former clients).

Counselling
Help with grief, trauma, addiction, and life changes.
I work one-on-one or with families. Sessions can happen in person, by phone, or by video. Most people start with a free 30-minute call so we can decide together if it’s a fit.
Individual sessions are 60 minutes. I work with people who are grieving, in recovery, surviving trauma, or just trying to find solid ground again.
Pricing and approach are client-centered, and can evolve as we work together.
- Grief, loss, and end-of-life
- Trauma and abuse recovery
- Addictions and concurrent disorders
- Eating disorders and recovery
- Suicide intervention
Senior care
Patient, person-first support in your home.
I’ve spent years caring for seniors in their own homes. It’s different from a PSW. I bring my counselling training with me, and I build the relationship around the person, not the task list.
Some clients want company and conversation. Some want help to keep doing the things they love. Some need a steady hand at the end of life. I do all of it.
My approach is client-centered, with an intersectional lens. I’m experienced navigating challenging family dynamics, and I always advocate for the person I’m caring for. Part of the work is helping people reframe hope, with compassion, when circumstances change.
“She made the last part of my life worth living.”
