It&#8217;s different from a PSW. I bring my counselling training with me, and I build the relationship around the person, not the task list.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"gp-sg\">\r\n<div>\r\n<p>Some clients want company and conversation. Some want help to keep doing the things they love. Some need a steady hand at the end of life. I do all of it.<\/p>\r\n<p>My approach is client-centered, with an intersectional lens. I&#8217;m experienced navigating challenging family dynamics, and I always advocate for the person I&#8217;m caring for.
